Wesam, I can see that buyer has opened payment dispute with their financial institute. I would like to inform you that Payment service providers and eBay are two different entities. Any dispute which is opened on payment service platform are taken care by payment service providers. They only take the precedence in the case. We do not have the authority to access financial tools due to security reason. Here you have two ways of proceeding with the case: Challenge dispute and provide evidence · Accept dispute and eBay will deduct the dispute amount from your funds As you have completed your all obligation then I humbly request you to challenge the dispute and provide all the necessary documents. You have time till Jan 15th of June to accept or challenge the dispute. وصلتني رسالة المشكلة كانت اني بعت اسوارة فضة وصار مشكلة بالشحن حكولي تم ارجاعها للمرسل مشكلة الشحن بقدر احلها لسا مع وقت 12 يوم لتسليم المنتج , الي مش فاهمة المؤسسة المالية هاد الامور مش فاهمها مع اني حكيتلو اغلق القضية وحكالي اغلقتها , بس لم تغلق القضية في شغلات مش فاهمها يعني في طرف ثالث بالموضوع
تاكد من Order - Request and disputes شوف القضيه اذا تسكرت او لاء
بهيك حاله هو فاتح قضيه باسترجاع الاموال . لازم ترجعله سعر المنتج.
