سلام عليكم  بدي احول من بطاقة فعلية الى بطاقة افتراضية علما انو ما وصلت البطاقة…

مرحبًا،

بخصوص طلب تحويل البطاقة الافتراضية إلى بطاقة فعلية، الخطوات واضحة حسب رد Payoneer. لازم تجهّز المستندات التالية وترسلهم لهم:

الاسم الكامل

رقم الهوية أو جواز السفر

عنوان سكن حالي (ويفضل إثباته بفاتورة ماء/كهرباء أو كشف بنكي)

تاريخ الميلاد

رابط إثبات العنوان الموجود في الرد (يفضل استخدامه ورفع الوثيقة من خلاله مباشرة)

مهم: الدخول من حسابك على بايونير > قسم “مركز الدعم” > ثم رفع المستندات تحت “طلب إصدار بطاقة فعلية”.

بعد إرسال كل المطلوب، عادةً يتم الرد خلال 3-5 أيام عمل.

رساله التوجه لهم اعمل تغيرات بالأجزاء المطلوبه
