الرسالة الظاهرة في الصورة تعني أن حسابك في بايونير (Payoneer) تم إغلاقه بسبب نشاط اعتبرته المنصة مخالفًا للشروط والأحكام.

ماذا يعني ذلك؟

بايونير تقوم أحيانًا بإغلاق الحسابات في الحالات التالية:

وجود معاملات مالية غير معتادة أو كبيرة فجأة.

استلام أموال من مصادر تعتبرها المنصة عالية المخاطر.

اختلاف أو نقص في بيانات التحقق (الهوية – العنوان – النشاط التجاري).

استخدام الحساب لفترة طويلة بدون نشاط ثم عودة نشاط مفاجئ.

ربط الحساب بمنصات أو أنشطة غير مسموح بها حسب سياساتهم.

بما أنك ذكرت أنك لم تستخدم الحساب لفترة طويلة ثم عدت لاستخدامه، فغالبًا تم اعتباره “نشاطًا غير اعتيادي” ويحتاج لمراجعة.

تأكد أن الرسالة رسمية من بايونير (من البريد الرسمي).

ادخل إلى حسابك من الموقع الرسمي وليس من أي رابط في الإيميل.
