و صلتني هاته الرسالة من الايباي لأني حصل على 2 فيدبك سلبي و 2 نوترال, الفيدبك السلبي لأ ن المنتجات لم تصل إلى المشتري و قد قمت بالفول ريفند لهما, هل أتواصل مع الإيباي أو أنتظر ردا منهم؟
